Terms and conditions

Last updated: 27/08/2026

These terms set out the rules for using FLIIX — what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and who is responsible for the content you generate and publish. Please read them alongside our privacy policy.

1. The agreement

These terms form a contract between you and One Digital Technologies Limited, 20 Walter Close, LE8 9AF, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By creating an account, signing in or using FLIIX you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a contract.
  • If you sign up for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these terms.
  • Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
  • Tell us promptly at all.info@onedgtal.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Account details you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. What the service does

FLIIX takes a brief and produces platform-specific drafts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X, lets you revise them, and publishes or schedules them to the accounts you connect. Features change over time; we may add, alter or withdraw functionality, and we will give reasonable notice before removing something significant that you rely on.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use FLIIX to create, store or publish content that:

  • Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or incites violence.
  • Infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
  • Is sexually explicit, or depicts or targets children inappropriately.
  • Is deceptive, including impersonation, fake endorsements or misleading health, financial or performance claims.
  • Contains malware, or is used for spam or coordinated inauthentic behaviour.

You also must not attempt to break, probe or overload the service, circumvent plan limits, scrape it, resell it without our written agreement, or reverse engineer it.

5. Your content and the licence you give us

You keep all rights in the briefs, media and other material you upload, and in the posts generated from them. We claim no ownership.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transmit, process and display your content strictly to operate the service for you — including sending it to our AI provider to generate content, and to the social platforms you select to publish it. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to short-lived backups.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including any photography, logos, music in videos and images of identifiable people.

6. AI-generated output

Captions and images are produced by AI models. They can be inaccurate, generic, or unintentionally similar to other material, and they may include claims your business cannot support.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving every post before it is published. We give no warranty that output is accurate, original, non-infringing or compliant with advertising or sector-specific rules. Similar briefs may produce similar output for different customers, so we cannot guarantee exclusivity in generated text or imagery.

7. Third-party platforms

Publishing depends on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X. Their APIs, policies and rate limits are outside our control and can change or fail without notice, which may delay or block a post. You must comply with each platform's own terms, and you remain responsible for what appears on your accounts. We are not liable for a platform suspending, restricting or removing your account or content.

8. Plans, billing and fair use

  • The free tier allows two campaigns per week. Paid tiers are Starter (£4.99/month), Pro (£29.99/month) and Agency (£99/month), each with the campaign allowance shown on the pricing section.
  • Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Applicable tax is added at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
  • Except where the law gives you a refund right, fees already paid are non-refundable.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
  • Allowances are subject to fair use. We may apply rate limits to protect the service, and will contact you before restricting an account for excessive use.

9. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, if your use puts the service or other users at risk, or if payment fails and is not resolved. Where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. On termination your right to use the service ends and your data is deleted in line with the retention periods in our privacy policy — export anything you need beforehand.

10. Availability and warranties

We work hard to keep FLIIX available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scheduled posts will always be delivered on time, since delivery depends on third-party platforms. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Limitation of liability

We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or for reputational harm arising from content you approved and published. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period or £100.

You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content you publish through the service in breach of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the revised version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use FLIIX after that point means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or the EEA, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
